Incoming 6th Grade Students

If your child is currently enrolled in a HIDOE elementary school and resides within the Stevenson Middle School boundary area/district, they are automatically projected to attend Stevenson for the upcoming school year.

In-District Timeline & Next Steps

• Elective Course Registration (Nov – Jan): Students will register for an elective class starting in November (after Thanksgiving) through the end of winter break in January. Please visit our General Course Registration Information page to view the Course Catalog and complete your elective selection form. 

• Summer Mailer: During the summer, a welcome mailer will be sent to the home address currently on file. This packet contains essential documents to finalize enrollment, along with important updates for the school year.

🚨Important: Please check with your child's current elementary school to ensure your mailing address is up-to-date so your packet arrives without delay.

Out-of-District or Moving?

• Geographic Exceptions (GE): If you reside outside the Stevenson district but wish to apply for a GE, please visit our GE Information page for guidelines and application steps.
